No attorney-client relationship is created by using this site, taking the evaluator, or buying a product. We do not and cannot advise on individual cases; if you need case-specific guidance, consult a licensed immigration attorney or an DOJ-recognized representative.

The Case Strength Evaluator produces a self-scored estimate from answers you provide, benchmarked against published adjudication trends. It cannot tell you whether you will be approved. Approval statistics describe populations, not people.

Educational products

Our products (e.g., the EB-1A Evidence Kit) are general educational materials: frameworks, templates, checklists and explanations derived from publicly available regulatory and adjudication information. They are not individualized legal work product. Because delivery is instant digital content, sales are generally final; contact us for genuine delivery issues.

Privacy

We collect: (1) anonymous usage events (page views, funnel steps, experiment bucket) via first-party storage and our own lightweight endpoint, and (2) the email address you choose to submit for early-access or updates. Evaluator answers stay in your browser's local storage unless you submit an email, at which point the answers' summary tier is attached to the contact record so we can send relevant material. We do not sell contact data. We do not use third-party ad trackers on this site. You can request deletion any time by emailing the address in the footer with "delete my data".

Cookieless by design

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. Analytics use first-party local storage; the email capture endpoint sets nothing.

Terms

Content is for personal educational use; do not republish or resell. Site availability is as-is; we may change or discontinue any part. Purchases (when available) are licensed, not refundable except for delivery failure or as required by consumer law in your jurisdiction. Maximum-liability: fees paid for the specific product.
